Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and items included in your order.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Chosen Xcellence is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
While we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues, Chosen Xcellence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
